How can I place an order?

You may place an order directly through our website by visiting our Pre Order Menu page. We request at least 3 days for cookies and cupcakes, and at least 7 days for cakes. If you have a custom request, please fill out the contact us form and let us know what you have in mind. We will be in contact with you after receiving your request.

I received an invoice via email, what do I do with it?

If you have received an invoice from us via email, that means that you’ve placed an order with us either over the phone or in person. To secure your order with us, and reserve the order date, your payment must be received by the due date indicated in the invoice. If payment has not been received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If other payment options need to be arranged, please notify us as soon as possible.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not currently offer delivery. You may visit our store five days a week: Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm.

Do you offer cakes?

Yes, we do offer cakes, however all of our cakes are made to order. We do request at least 7 days advance notice; this gives us time to plan out our team’s schedule, ingredient needs, and items that may be required for decoration.

Do you offer wedding cakes?

Yes, please fill out the contact us form to tell us about your wedding day and the vision you have for your cake.

Do you create custom sugar cookies?

No, we do not. This is a very intricate craft, and we leave that up to the very talented cookiers out there. Occasionally around holidays, if time permits, we offer simply decorated sugar cookies that can be purchased in store, however we do not offer these as an item that can be pre-ordered.  

Do you offer Gluten Free?

We do not offer gluten free. It requires a separate processing area to prevent cross contamination.

Do you offer Nut Free items?

The majority of our items are nut free, and we will indicate in the name of the item if it contains nuts. Since we do not have a separate processing area, cross contamination is likely. If allergies are severe we suggest not offering our product.

Do you have Vegan offerings?

We do offer vegan cakes and cupcakes, but those items need to be ordered in advance. We request 3 days for cupcakes, and 7 days for cakes.

Do you use fondant on your cakes?

We do minimal fondant work. We do not cover our cakes in fondant, but some designs may require some details to be made out of fondant.
